This document embodies the terms and conditions of the contract between Strathalbyn Hardware ABN 147 779 320 14 , “the credit provider” and the debtor and should supersede all other conditions and agreements between the parties unless expressly amended in writing.
The guarantor certifies that the information given is true and correct.
The guarantor agrees to the Credit Provider to contact references provided before application is approved for credit.
The credit limit specified by the Credit Provider can not be exceeded, unless, prior confirmation has been given by the Credit Provider. Any increases in credit limits are to be approved by the Credit Provider first and confirmed in writing.
Early Settlement discount terms may apply to your account. This means that you may forfeit any discount given at point of purchase if your credit account is not paid in the agreed 30 days after end of month terms.
The guarantor has been advised the account provided is strictly a 30 day account and agrees to pay the balance owing before 30 days from the end of the month in which the goods are purchased.
The guarantor agrees that the Credit Provider may suspend or cancel access to the account at any time without explanation.
If the goods purchased are faulty, Strathalbyn Hardware will stand behind its products sold to the full extent of Australian Consumer Law.
In the event an account is overdue the guarantor agrees to pay any interest charges incurred.
Overdue accounts will be handled by a Debt Collection Agency. The guarantor agrees to pay any and all fees and legal costs incurred by the Credit Provider.
In the event that ownership of the company is amended, the Credit Provider must be notified and a new application completed to accommodate the new directors and guarantors. Notification of changes must be made within 10 business days.
